 Contentious appeals

In 31 of these above mentioned 133 cases the plaintive decided to lodge both an
administrative and a contentious appeal. 23 of them were launched both as contentious and
referee appeals.

The 23 received referee appeals have been rejected or dismissed by the Board of Complaints.
At present all the contentious appeals have not been yet settled by the Board of Complaints.
