10 Complaints and Appeals

In accordance with Article 12 of the Arrangements for implementing the Regulations for the
European Baccalaureate, an administrative appeal may be lodged with the Chairman of the
Baccalaureate Examining Board. The appeal may only concern a procedural irregularity.

Under Article 12.2. of the same Arrangements it 133
is stated that: “A complaint or an appeal may only 140
concern a procedural irregularity. A procedural 120
irregularity occurs in the event of non- 100
compliance with the provisions concerning the 80
European Baccalaureate adopted by the Board 60
of Governors and the Board of Inspectors 40 16 26
(Secondary)”. 20 9 13 11
