9. Complaints and Appeals
In accordance with Article 12 of the Arrangements for implementing the Regulations for the
European Baccalaureate, an administrative appeal may be lodged with the Chairman of the
Baccalaureate Examining Board. The appeal may only concern a procedural irregularity.
Under Article 12.2. of the same Arrangements it 30
is stated that: “A complaint or an appeal may only 26
concern a procedural irregularity. A procedural 25
irregularity occurs in the event of non- 20 16
compliance with the provisions concerning the 15 13 11
European Baccalaureate adopted by the Board 10 9
of Governors and the Board of Inspectors
